Driving in Ethiopia:

Generally, driving in Ethiopia is on the right. While traffic flow in most cities around Ethiopia is fairly light, driving around Addis Ababa could be difficult especially during rush hours. Places to avoid during these hours include, Kality, Kera, Megenagna, Imperial Square, Jackros etc. With alternative roads coming into services every now and then, the traffic seems fairly avoidable if you know your way around.

Parking:

There are different parkings around Addis Ababa. Many buildings have either underground parking or nearby reserved parking areas, most of them free of charge. Dembel city center, located at the heart of Bole provides the service to its customers, charging just 3.00Birr/30 minutes. There are also other parking areas, in the city. Recently new parking buildings are under construction around Bole and Casanchis.
